About the Business
Our Secret Garden Loft is located in the heart of Hollywood, offering incredible views of the hills and the famous Hollywood sign. It is situated on a quiet and wide street for easy access to nearby restaurants and Trader Joes. The two-story loft-penthouse comes with its own terrace, making it perfect for hosting classy gatherings. Valet parking is available on both sides of the building, and the building itself is secure with an industrial freight elevator.
The loft is equipped with air conditioning (heat and cold) on both floors, Sonos speakers throughout, and a fridge with ice maker. We allow music to be played until 11PM sharp, and on Saturdays events can go until midnight, with clean up not going past 1AM (special days such as New Year's Eve and Halloween may be allowed to go later).
To ensure the success of your event, we require you to book a private security guard or site representative through our staffing company. This guard will welcome your guests and escort them up to the loft, while also standing outside and monitoring the hallways during the event.
We collect a $500 refundable security deposit at check in. To schedule a visit, please contact us as the maximum capacity for the loft is 80 people. Additionally, we do not allow the use of any speakers or amplifiers other than the ones we provide.

We offer 5 unique antique filled meeting spaces and private suites perfect for small daytime, corporate meetings, classes and workshops. We have our unique 1850's Country Store and Letterpress Shop on our Ground Floor and a hidden Speakeasy in the Basement! Once the William Randolph Hearst newspaper printing plant, The Box SF's historic feel is showcased through warm wood and original 1920's windows, balanced by a modern industrial loft feel.
