I am experienced architectural designer, 3D renderer,and permit expediter since 2010. I have contributed with other consumers with their room additions, new construction, custom homes, interior remodeling, commercial constructions,pools, and tenant improvements. I have worked with licensed structural engineers, architects, landscape designers, soil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and civil engineers to support me to make complete construction plans for building and safety. I handle all the permitting submission and the over the counter process with building and safety such as Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale, Orange Country, Burbank, Rancho Palos Verdes, and many cities in Southern California. I am highly skilled with several clearance with few diverse departments within building and safety such as Green Building, Planning Department, Sanitation, ADA, and Grading. It is my job as permit expediter to travel to different cities and make sure that all the permit process for each construction plans goes quick and smoothly to get building permits. Also, I created high definition 3D renderings of interior designs for residential and commercial building. I use 3D models, textures, and lighting to assemble specific furniture, decorative textures, and realistic lighting. I meet with the clients to help them to develop the right and perfect 3D Finally, I also can convert pdf to cad files
