- In 1988, after many years of exclusively selling life insurance, Cy's son Mark joined the agency.
- This also enabled Mark to account round his life insurance clients with home and auto insurance.
- For the next 10 years Cy and Mark worked side by side, overseeing the agency's growth as well as a shared dedication.
- Sadly, in November of 1998, Cy passed after a brave 25-year battle with heart disease.
