Dill - Creative Community Space

Dill is a creative community space in Seattle that encourages friendship and gifting. Our members, inspired by Burning Man culture, offer workshops related to health and wellness, education, and arts and crafts. We understand the importance of connecting artists with tech, believing that it is key for unlocking potential. Our space is for entrepreneurs, startups, podcasters, vloggers, freelancers, photographers, artists, influencers, lawyers, CPAs, developers, and architects. We are dedicated to helping professionals collaborate, build relationships, and grow their businesses. Dill believes that no one should have to go it alone, providing a hub where every member can come together and support one another.

Epiphany Space

We are coworking community and event rental space, and office rental space, fostering a community of artists and freelancers in Hollywood. We provide free parking, wifi, coffee, and a casual, positive environment where you can grow, breakthrough, and collaborate. We have a quiet room, prayer room, art galleries, editing and meeting spaces. Join our coworking members or book space for production, casting, theater and improv rehearsals, writers groups, script readings and film shoots.

NYFA Space and Event Rentals

The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) is a premier venue located in DUMBO, Brooklyn that offers affordable and versatile space for presentations, rehearsals, meetings, conferences or parties. Our mission is to provide a platform for the best emerging and established artists to create and develop their work. We offer three different space options for all your needs. The Small Conference Room is 300 square feet and can seat up to 25 people, making it perfect for meetings, classes and rehearsals. Our Large Conference Room is 700 square feet and comfortably seats 65, making it well-suited for workshops, panels, rehearsals, and staged readings. If you’re hosting a larger event, our entire 2,000-square-foot Event Space is available for parties, wedding receptions, baby showers and more! We also provide projectors and AV equipment to make your event run smoothly. Special weekday rates are available.

The Raw Space

The Raw Space is a vibrant community space, designed to bring people together to reach their goals and foster commerce. It is a place where health, wellness and fitness classes, lectures, educational programs, pop-ups, birthday parties, banquets or baby showers can be held. We also provide an affordable rental space for artists and entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing a supportive atmosphere to everyone who visits. Perimeter83 is The University of Advancing Technology welcoming the tech & non-tech community into our perimeter and all the assets available. We are Co-working space, venue rental space for your meetings, corporate training (tech, soft skills and custom) with weekend sprint overnight space with a cafe open until 3am. And you have access to our assets such as robotics lab, makers room with 3D printing & industrial machines, motion capture studio, classroom spaces and a 150 person luxury auditorium for rent. Hauser & Wirth

Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles is one of thirteen worldwide locations of Hauser & Wirth, the international gallery devoted to contemporary art and modern masters. A family business with a global outlook, Hauser & Wirth opened its Los Angeles location in March 2016 in the heart of the burgeoning Arts District. Occupying a former flour mill, Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles is a vibrant communal space that links art and architecture with a dynamic events program. In addition to supporting and collaborating with many local and international cultural organizations, nonprofits, and universities, the Los Angeles gallery fosters public dialogue with the arts through a range of activities that engage the city's diverse population. The Los Angeles gallery site includes Manuela, the onsite restaurant offering locally-sourced produce, a chicken coop and urban garden, an open-air courtyard, and murals celebrating the Arts District's history.
