Midtown Studio Rental is a 3000sqft studio located in the heart of Manhattan, offering hourly and daily rental services. Our rates are $95 an hour or $700 for 8 hours Monday through Friday. Late night and weekend services are also available upon request. Our studio is perfect for photo shoots, filming sets, showrooms, and events of all kinds. Trestle Art Space is a non-profit arts organization based in Brooklyn, New York, providing affordable studio space for contemporary artists. Located in Sunset Park and Greenwood neighborhoods, TAS offers 24/7 access to open studios, semi-private and private studios. Along with studio rental, TAS also supports Trestle Gallery, an exhibition space which hosts 8-10 exhibitions annually, along with critiques and technique-focused art classes. Professional development opportunities such as the Trestle Residency/Critical Feedback and Visiting Artist Residency are also available for artists. Greenly Art Space is a 501(c)3 non-profit art gallery dedicated to enriching lives and cultivating community through art. This is done through creating contemplative art shows, bringing art to community schools, and providing a space for art making, mentoring, and art therapy. We are also committed to serving the global and local communities by partnering with international non-profits to provide art experiences as a form of introspection. Art shows with these communities increase awareness and understanding around the world. NYFA Space and Event Rentals
The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) is a premier venue located in DUMBO, Brooklyn that offers affordable and versatile space for presentations, rehearsals, meetings, conferences or parties. Our mission is to provide a platform for the best emerging and established artists to create and develop their work. We offer three different space options for all your needs. The Small Conference Room is 300 square feet and can seat up to 25 people, making it perfect for meetings, classes and rehearsals. Our Large Conference Room is 700 square feet and comfortably seats 65, making it well-suited for workshops, panels, rehearsals, and staged readings. If you’re hosting a larger event, our entire 2,000-square-foot Event Space is available for parties, wedding receptions, baby showers and more! We also provide projectors and AV equipment to make your event run smoothly. Special weekday rates are available.
