Engineering For Kids

Garden Bowl

The Garden Bowl offers exciting rock-n-bowl parties with glowing lanes, disco lights, and a rocking atmosphere! All packages include 3 hours of bowling and shoe rental. For adult parties, a 15% gratuity is included. A deposit is required to reserve your party.For $22 per person, you can get four slices of pizza (up to two toppings), salad, and soda. For an additional $3 per person, you can upgrade to include domestic draft beer and house wine. For $5 more, you can also have well drinks. Finally, for $10 extra, you can get all draft beers and call drinks.If you're looking for a birthday party for kids aged 13 and under, the Garden Bowl has you covered. Each person will receive two hours of bowling with shoe rental as well as two slices of pizza, salad, soda, and a souvenir bowling pin. Parents may bring their own balloons, cake, and ice cream if desired. For teens aged 14-18, the package includes three slices of pizza instead.The Garden Bowl also offers school parties for groups of 10 or more. These parties include 2 hours of bowling and shoe rental, pizza and soda for $10 per person and are held Monday through Friday between 11am and 6pm.

Texas Discovery Gardens is a 7.5 acre organic garden offering native and adapted plants. Our mission is to provide educational experiences that encourage the exploration of natural ecosystems and eco-friendly methods. Our two-story Rosine Smith Sammons Butterfly House & Insectarium gives visitors a glimpse into a tropical rainforest, complete with hundreds of butterflies. The Inc., Community Coworking + Playschool is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that strives to bring gender equality in entrepreneurship, the workplace and home. It provides community-oriented, neighborhood-based workspaces with onsite care for kids aged 0-5, because there is an urgent need for flexible and affordable childcare in Seattle. At The Inc.'s Greenlake location, parents have three playschool options to pick from. These include: a Flexible, Play-Based Preschool Room for ages between 2.5-PreK, a Toddler Playcare Room for steady walkers up to 2.5 years old, and a Cowork/Coplay Community Room for parent-supervised coffee-shop style room for parents with babies and toddlers. Besides the playschool options, The Inc. also offers a positive, child-friendly workplace environment that encourages connection, confidence and growth among parents at any stage of their career development or entrepreneurial journey. This includes shared desk space in a parent-only coworking room, a meeting/phone room, printer access, a break room with complimentary coffee/tea, workshops and other networking opportunities.

Creative Hands Art School

Creative Hands Art School is a creative learning environment with the mission to unleash creativity and connection. The school offers a variety of art experiences, such as art camps and afterschool classes for kids and teens, adult art workshops, birthday art parties, and corporate art workshops. All art supplies are provided with each class, party, and workshop. The Drawing & Painting Program at Creative Hands Art School is an ongoing program that spans the entire school year, meeting once a week from September through June and offering a summer camp program as well.
