About the Business
Barclay's Carpet Care
Barclay's Carpet Care was founded in 1990 by Barclay Davidson with the intention of providing customers with a service they could trust. After the economic downturn of the late 1980s, Barclay took to cleaning carpets as a way to make ends meet. Working for a local cleaning company, he soon realized that their business practices were morally wrong; customers were being charged too much, and there was no guarantee of quality work. Determined to do better, Barclay started his own business and made sure to put customers first.
Over the past 25 years, the business has been passed down to Barclays' son, Ryan. From the age of 10, Ryan helped his father, lugging hoses and buckets around. After high school, he joined the US Army and served for seven years, including two deployments to Iraq. Upon his return, Ryan enrolled in college and studied finance. Now, he is poised to continue the family business and uphold its values: honesty and integrity.
At Barclay's Carpet Care, customers come first. The company promises no bait-and-switch tactics, no hard upselling and no bullying. With caring hearts and quality work, Barclay's Carpet Care strives to meet each customer's needs.
