Agon Management

Agon Management specializes in rental properties located in Washington DC, Northern VA, and Montgomery County, MD. We provide services to all kinds of individuals and associations, with a focus on helping individual property owners, especially those who did not intend to become landlords but now find themselves in need of property management assistance. Our main goal is to make sure that when you come back to the property – whether to live there again or to eventually sell it – you will find it in the same condition as when you left it. To help with this, we offer an online owner portal where you can access monthly reports, expenses, maintenance requests submitted by tenants, and updates on the overall condition of the property, even if you are away from the state or country.
