Mark P Walters is a registered patent attorney with over 15 years of experience in various technical fields such as software, biotechnology, and mechanical designs. He specializes in guiding small business owners through the complexities of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Aside from these, he also handles all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including bet-the-company cases before judges and juries. He has represented clients in U.S. District Courts across the country, as well as in the Supreme Court for an important case involving genetically modified soybeans (Bowman v. Monsanto, No. 11-796).
