Gather Virginia Beach - Office Space and Coworking

Gather Virginia Beach opened its doors in July 2020, providing more than 28,000 square feet of space on the third floor above the Cheesecake Factory in Virginia Beach Town Center. Our office space includes 145 private offices for rent, ranging from one to seventeen people, along with 11 conference rooms of various sizes that are equipped with audio-visual capabilities. Furthermore, we also have a podcast booth, event space, coworking, dedicated desks, and a communal kitchen. Our Newport News Tech Center includes 132 private offices in Building One of the Tech Center Research Park, ranging in size from single-person to eleven-person capacity. Each coworker has access to furnished office space, including a butcher-block desk, rolling/locking filing cabinet, and rolling desk chair.Members can also take advantage of dedicated desks, open-area coworking memberships, ten conference rooms with audio-visual capabilities, and a communal office kitchen that can be used for events. This 2,000-square-foot barn has been carefully restored to retain its original character, while also providing modern amenities for hosting memorable events. The grounds around Hoosier Grove Barn can be rented for outdoor events such as company picnics. The team at Hoosier Grove Barn is available to assist with the details of your event. Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center

The Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center is a signature event facility that can offer an array of year-round events and activities to engage a variety of people, including alumni, donors, business and community partners, and global dignitaries. Meetings, conferences, seminars, lectures, workshops, weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, networking and social events, fundraisers, bar and bat mitzvahs, and quinceaneras are just some of the events hosted here. The two-story, 30,000 square-foot space boasts state-of-the-art features such as an impressive rotunda entrance, a welcoming reception area, a multi-purpose outdoor pavilion overlooking the newly refurbished athletic fields and Tony Gwynn Stadium, a grand ballroom for up to 320 guests (or two smaller sections), a lounge and library with Aztec memorabilia, convenient parking, and a modern boardroom. Via Vecchia Venue

Via Vecchia Venue is a 6000 square foot building with a 14000 square foot walled garden, located in the city. This 1940s structure features a barrel vaulted ceiling with exposed ironwork and a mezzanine level, making it the ideal industrial chic event venue for up to 225 guests.The venue offers an indoor/outdoor experience covering 20,000 square feet. Guests can enjoy a private walled courtyard ceremony or dance floor space, as well as a veranda with bistro lighting for a cocktail hour. There is also an optional outdoor signature drink bar or small covered ceremony space available.Inside, the large open floor plan includes crystal chandeliers, bistro lighting, Chivari chairs, farm tables and a fully stocked bar. The mezzanine level provides extra possibilities, such as a DJ placement, on-site photo booth set up or a soft seating gathering space. There is also a private bridal suite with a make up counter with light bar, soft seating and private bathroom. For parents, there is a private room available for nursing mothers and baby changing needs. All bar packages include Via Vecchia's globally recognized award winning natural wines and house-made sangria. Glassware and bar staff are also included.
