Slate NY
Slate NY is an upscale two-story sports lounge, night club, restaurant, and events venue located in the Flatiron District of New York City. Boasting both private and semi-private areas, it features a self-serve beer and wine system, as well as many activities such as ping-pong, pool, foosball, and giant Jenga, all set against stylish decor that spans 16,000 square feet. Watch the top sports games of the season on its 40 HDTVs and 9-panel HD video wall, or dance the night away to its Funktion One sound system with cutting-edge club lighting. In addition, Slate NY offers on-site catering, a full menu of tasty modern American cuisine and bar bites, and customizable banquet seating for parties of 10 to 1200 guests. Its dress code is casual Sunday to Thursday, but collared shirts and slacks are preferred for Friday and Saturday nights. Via Vecchia Venue is a 6000 square foot building with a 14000 square foot walled garden, located in the city. This 1940s structure features a barrel vaulted ceiling with exposed ironwork and a mezzanine level, making it the ideal industrial chic event venue for up to 225 guests.The venue offers an indoor/outdoor experience covering 20,000 square feet. Guests can enjoy a private walled courtyard ceremony or dance floor space, as well as a veranda with bistro lighting for a cocktail hour. There is also an optional outdoor signature drink bar or small covered ceremony space available.Inside, the large open floor plan includes crystal chandeliers, bistro lighting, Chivari chairs, farm tables and a fully stocked bar. The mezzanine level provides extra possibilities, such as a DJ placement, on-site photo booth set up or a soft seating gathering space. There is also a private bridal suite with a make up counter with light bar, soft seating and private bathroom. For parents, there is a private room available for nursing mothers and baby changing needs. All bar packages include Via Vecchia's globally recognized award winning natural wines and house-made sangria. Glassware and bar staff are also included. We are a well known city landmark, being Houston's original 1903 Historic Fire Station 3! Our venue rental packages are tailored to meet your specific event needs, with prices varying according to the day of the week and hours you rent.
