Ivy Tea House is a venue and event space that provides an enjoyable experience with tea, food and pastries for special occasions such as bridal showers, baby showers and birthday celebrations. We also host workshops and classes. Reservations are required on Saturdays.
Our Daily Afternoon Tea Tower is available from Wednesday to Friday as a walk-in while our High Tea Menu requires a reservation 48 hours in advance. We strive to provide the best experience in tea, food and pastries to our customers.

Mulberry House
Mulberry House is the perfect setting for your next private event or catering. We specialize in bridal and baby showers, but also welcome any other kind of celebration such as birthdays, baptisms, anniversaries, communions, cocktail parties, engagements and/or rehearsal dinners. Our old Victorian home has been renovated into a unique venue that includes a tea house, restaurant, and various private event spaces. Our first floor, the white room, can accommodate 18 to 22 guests and includes an outdoor space (weather permitting). The second floor consists of two rooms - the yellow and blue rooms - and can seat 30 to 50 guests. For larger events, our whole restaurant can be booked with a minimum of 45 and up to 70 guests. The Meeting House
The Meeting House, located in the heart of Columbia, MD, is a public event space with a variety of room sizes from 4,500 sq. ft. to 125 sq. ft. The neutral décor allows for an array of room arrangements suitable for any occasion. All amenities can be found on one level and are accessible to everyone, as there are no steps. Food and beverage services are allowed in all rooms and the recently upgraded kitchen has commercial-grade appliances and a back entry with a parking bay. The two largest rooms and the Atrium Gallery have direct access to the kitchen and you must use a licensed provider if serving alcoholic beverages. The Atrium Gallery, with its skylights and 4,500 sq. ft., is a wonderful place for receptions or cocktail parties and is available for rental. All rooms feature A/V equipment and house sound systems, while WiFi is accessible throughout the facility. , on-site parking can fit up to 250 vehicles. 10 degrees Arts + Events is located in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood. This event space has a front and back patio as well as 15' ceilings with a wall of windows that overlook the main street. In addition, there is an Alcove which provides a private room for private dining or a suite for the bride or groom. Our in-house catering partner TABLE offers food and cocktails featuring the spirits of OOLA Distillery. We also accept outside beer and wine and our bartenders provide setup, cleanup, and serving.
