Complete shower restoration is included for all showers. To restore the showers, we will first remove any existing caulk from all corners where tile meets tile. Then, we'll scrub the tile and grout with an alkaline cleaner and rinse. Next, we'll use a low PH cleaner and rinse. We will then apply a neutralizer, followed by a final rinse and drying. Any cracked, missing, or low grout will be re-grouted. We'll also seamlessly apply a poly/resin caulk to all voids and hand brush the grout with a color seal. Finally, the tile will be sealed with a clear natural look impregnator.

For tub showers, we will follow the same process as listed above, but also include filling the tub with water to weigh it down.

The tile and grout of the floor will be refreshed and cleaned. We'll scrub the tile and grout with an alkaline cleaner, followed by a low PH cleaner.
