- Austin's Elite was founded in 2006 by Austin native Kim Haley in response to a desire to support her community of family and friends by providing a service that showcased their talents and numerous years of experience in the service industry. Now in our ninth year, Austin's Elite has steadily expanded from home-grown beginnings to become a thriving staffing and coordination organization.
