. Mark A. Simon attended Rice University, graduating in 1980, and graduated from the University Of Houston College Of Law in as a Registered Nurse in Texas. In 1989, Mr. Simon moved from Texas and began practicing law before the Supreme Court of Texas and the Supreme Court of Colorado.
