The 2019 Association for Talent Development (ATD) Global Conference recently convened in Washington, bringing together professionals from around the world to share the latest insights and practical experiences in talent development. The event served as a significant platform for exchanging innovative ideas and learning best practices, with participation from industry leaders including representatives from Johnson & Johnson, Apple, and Walmart.

CSOFT International sent a six-member delegation to participate in the conference. At their exhibition booth, the team organized an engaging large-scale building block activity that attracted numerous attendees. Through this interactive exercise, team members facilitated in-depth discussions about translation and localization services for training programs and online learning platforms, presenting new solutions for corporate talent development initiatives.
