Ais Predictive Power Raises Cognitive Bias Concerns
Research from MIT and Harvard University reveals the limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) in understanding the world. While proficient in pattern recognition, they lack the ability to construct a comprehensive "world model." This necessitates a re-evaluation of AI's capabilities and a focus on leveraging AI's strengths while compensating for human weaknesses, ultimately achieving genuine intelligent fusion. We must consider the inductive biases inherent in these models and how they shape their understanding, defining the boundaries of their intelligence.
