Established in the mid-nineteenth century, the brewery and restaurant are located in the E&O Brewery Building in Deutschtown and specialize in German-style beers, all brewed onsite. The restaurant serves classic Euro-Pittsburgh dishes such as wurst, schnitzel, pierogi, and goulash. Penn is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday from 11am to midnight and features live entertainment, as well as a seasonal cobblestone biergarten.
