Nestldown Events Venue is a 30 acre site of lush gardens, ponds, small waterfalls, freshly cut lawns and an elegant barn. It also includes an outdoor chapel surrounded by California redwoods, making it an ideal spot for non-profit, business events and weddings. Our venue comes with the necessary table and chair rentals and a Nestldown events team and special events manager who can help coordinate on the day. We also partner with exceptional vendors to ensure the smooth running of each event. In addition, we only host one event per day, allowing full access to the train, bocce ball court, fantasy garden, cottage and other hidden enchanting features. To improve the experience for our guests, we recently completed a year and a half of enhancements. These include a brand new catering kitchen, upgraded entrance to the back of the barn and a beautiful building featuring luxury bathrooms. Furthermore, our property complies with ADA standards for accessibility so that all guests can enjoy the venue. If our golf-cart does not provide sufficient transportation, we will find alternatives to ensure that everyone has full access. Nestldown offers stunning views, rustic elegance, and unique amenities which come together to create a memorable environment for your guests. Visits to the property are by appointment only or as an invited guest to an event. Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes as it is an outdoor garden landscape in the mountains.

Baker Building

The Baker Building is a perfect venue for hosting events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and small gatherings. It is located in the city center with free parking available. Its 2,000 square foot ballroom, private suite, and 600 square foot catering kitchen/ bar provide guests the best services and experience possible. When renting the Baker Building, guests can enjoy the convenience of complimentary folding tables, round tables, folding chairs, and a professional sound system. The Bedford Nashville Event Venue

The Bedford Nashville Event Venue is a historical building, formerly known as ReCreations Home Sidco Showroom. The Bedford Nashville Event Venue offers seating for up to 400 inside and 600 with the outdoor covered pavilion. Via Vecchia Venue

Via Vecchia Venue is a 6000 square foot building with a 14000 square foot walled garden, located in the city. This 1940s structure features a barrel vaulted ceiling with exposed ironwork and a mezzanine level, making it the ideal industrial chic event venue for up to 225 guests.The venue offers an indoor/outdoor experience covering 20,000 square feet. Guests can enjoy a private walled courtyard ceremony or dance floor space, as well as a veranda with bistro lighting for a cocktail hour. There is also an optional outdoor signature drink bar or small covered ceremony space available.Inside, the large open floor plan includes crystal chandeliers, bistro lighting, Chivari chairs, farm tables and a fully stocked bar. The mezzanine level provides extra possibilities, such as a DJ placement, on-site photo booth set up or a soft seating gathering space. There is also a private bridal suite with a make up counter with light bar, soft seating and private bathroom. For parents, there is a private room available for nursing mothers and baby changing needs. All bar packages include Via Vecchia's globally recognized award winning natural wines and house-made sangria. Glassware and bar staff are also included. Onsite, customers can advance order custom labeled wine bottles for wedding guest favors. Furthermore, self managed parking is available in close proximity to downtown hotels.
