Based in the artistic district of Philadelphia known as Fishtown, Corridor Contemporary is a gallery specializing in modern and contemporary art. Pittsburgh Improv

Since 1963, the Improvisation Comedy Clubs have been the go-to places for live comedy in the United States. Many of the most renowned American comedians have showcased their talent on the club's stages.In 2002, Pittsburgh Improv opened its doors in the Waterfront shopping area. It offers a blend of A-list comedy, delicious food and drinks. Pittsburgh Improv has featured top-notch performers including Hannibal Burress, Anthony Jeselnik, Cedric the Entertainer, Steve Byrne, Wayne Brady, Tom Segura, Anjelah Johnson and Billy Gardel. In 2018, the venue underwent a complete renovation to improve accessibility and provide a more enjoyable experience for guests. The redesigned lobby honors the legendary comedians that have performed at the Improv, while VIP booths offer exclusive access. In December 2019, Pittsburgh Improv joined forces with Pandora and local artist Brian Holderman to create an original mural for the exterior of the venue. Gunn  Studio DTLA is an artist designed photo and production studio featuring  three unique, intertwining but distinct, visual enclaves giving the user an excess of fabulous backgrounds to express themselves with. Located in trend-centric DTLA, this 1500-square-foot studio features four 10 foot archways, majestic columns, lavish flora, a 40 foot runway of marley dance floor, a 9 foot hand-crafted mosaic mirror , 11 foot ceilings, a stunning Hair and Make-up station. Visual Enclave 1 Otherworldly Tea Room. This black and white Asian inspired fantasy features a wooden interlocking floor beneath 35 square feet of rattan tatami mats. Traditional Japanese folding screens surround three color changing murals, offering an “escape “ to nature. Visual Enclave 2 Barbie Goes to War Embrace your inner badass. This violent gender-fk playground features a rotating installation of properly pink AK-47’s. The Pink party box offers an arsenal of different tools, to show the world that glamor is not limited to makeup. Visual Englave 3 Editorial Illusion This black and white optical four course meal is here to serve. She’s self explanatory and available. Feel free to sit and stare… she’s likely to stare back. Each enclave measures 12 x 12 with 11 foot high ceilings. The space also includes a lifestyle area with  9 ft burgundy sofa, two cocktail chairs, luscious flora and fauna, air conditioning, equipment rentals, clothing racks, and lots of fun props to play with.

Art Classes: We offer a variety of realistic painting and drawing classes, workshops and seminars. The courses are based on the approach used by the traditional art schools where figure painting/drawing was considered the most important genre. This approach includes thorough drawing, great understanding  of the structure and anatomy of the human figure,  the ways of measuring proportions, seeing the unique characteristics of the form, and learning to see tonal values in relation to the whole rather than to the neighboring areas. Fine Art Gallery: The gallery is envisioned as a sanctuary for realist art that combines classical craftsmanship and contemporary concepts and will exhibit paintings by Mokina and Pakhomkin and group shows by local and international artists who share the gallery's philosophy. Interior Design: We do everything from simple wall treatments to designing complex spaces filled with highly realistic murals, decorative borders and faux finishes.
