House on the Hill

House on the Hill is a 10-acre estate located in the western hills of Austin. The breathtaking views of the hill country make it the perfect location for events and gatherings. It is complete with a waterfall, surrounded by large oak trees, an arbor, pool and a covered pavilion that can be used for outdoor seating and dancing. We offer weekend rental packages that include two nights of accommodation for up to 20 guests, and tables and chairs for up to 150 people. This is the maximum capacity we can accommodate at House on the Hill. We also offer discounts for six hour rental packages available from Sunday evening through Thursday evenings. These packages can be customised to include an additional night of lodging or additional hours. You are free to choose your own caterer/restaurant, and bring in your own beverages and alcohol. We do not require the services of a TABC certified bartender or security guard. We provide 150 chairs, and 28 tables (8 60" round tables, 8 6' rectangular tables, 8 36" round black iron patio tables and 4 30" round standing height cocktail tables). Right now, we are offering a special discount of $1,000 off remaining weekend packages. Please contact us for availability.

The Lodge at Spring Shadows

The Lodge at Spring Shadows offers a variety of floor plans in a safe, Hill Country setting. Situated just minutes from I-10 and Beltway 8, it provides one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-study, two-bedroom and three bedroom units for lease.
