The Broadmoor

The Broadmoor, a residential hotel, offers furnished studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms for rent. Studios start at $2,500 per month, and they are available now. This charming and well-maintained building provides housekeeping Monday through Friday, including a dining plan with three meals per day and a divine brunch on Sundays in the hotel restaurant. There is also a Friday evening happy hour, 24-hour front desk concierge and security, two large lobbies for guests to socialize, a beautiful outdoor terrace with lush gardens, a cinema/media room, free WiFi, fridges, flat screen TVs, and two elevators.
