It has been a landmark of the community since 1859, when it was built for Dr. Francis Neely Luckey, who served as a surgeon during the Civil War. After being passed down through the Brown family, the property was bought by the Blacks in 1998, who restored it to its current condition and opened it to the public in 2004.

The Mill Event Center
The Mill Event Center is a modern event space located in the heart of the city. Our mission is to provide a unique and memorable experience for all our guests.
