Studio 229 On Brevard is the ideal place to rent for events, photography and videography in the center of Charlotte, NC at 3rd and S. Brevard Street. Located just a block away from Spectrum Arena and the Charlotte Convention Center, our boutique venue is within easy reach of the city's biggest hotels. Our 3200 square foot space is a multi-functional event studio which hosts jazz nights with a full retail spirits bar, allowing visitors to plan and execute their own private events. We also have an art gallery and "the Grace," a 121 year-old church which functions as an event center managed by Monique and Kevin Douglas. The Grace is also the home of CBK Branding and Consulting Firm's photography and videography services. Wedding Kiss & Events
We are delighted to reveal that Wedding Kiss & Events has a new and larger venue for hosting events! It is equipped with a dance floor, full catering services, full bar service – including tap and fountain soda – and a commercial kitchen. We invite you to come celebrate with us! Our intimate event space, with the capacity to accommodate no more than 150 guests, offers an excellent way to plan an affordable, beautiful and cozy event. Our onsite wedding officiant will ensure that every moment is memorable and lasts a lifetime. In addition to our event venue, we also offer our convenient Traveling Wedding Officiant Services. These are ideal for those who are unable to access traditional wedding venues due to various circumstances or tight schedules. We are available at our venue, your home, park, hospital, or wedding venue – day, night, holidays, weekends – for simple sign-ins, small ceremonies, and customized ceremonies. The Fig Room
At The Fig Room, we offer an intimate event space for special occasions such as wedding receptions, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, and corporate events. Located only 1.5 blocks from the beach, our space can comfortably accommodate up to 49 guests. We provide all necessary furniture, linens, and decorations to make your event unique and memorable. Additionally, we have vacation rentals available in the Jacksonville Beach area for out-of-towners.
