We are open on Sundays and after-hours by appointment only. Our freestanding one story showroom is 7,500 sq. ft. with 20 parking spots, giving customers a convenient shopping experience. Marken is a media and collaborative workspace located in the small and peaceful town of Devine, Texas. Formerly part of Schott's Model Market, a beloved grocery and dry goods store that served the community from 1940 to 1970, Marken has embraced the local history by preserving some of the original beams and creating art pieces out of Schott's old newspaper ads. With its mid-century modern decor and 12-foot-high ceilings, Marken provides a stunning backdrop for events, parties, and workshops. At Marken, we strive to provide a collaborative environment where businesses and individuals can come together to create, innovate, and develop.
