About the Business
Harding Street Loft Building is a unique living opportunity in downtown Indianapolis. Originally constructed in 1894-1898, it was originally home to the H. Lauter Furniture Company. In 1936, the J. Solotken Recycling Company purchased and converted it into a 4 story "U" shaped building. Core Redevelopment bought the building in 2011 and recycled it into loft style apartments for rent.
Residents of Harding Street Lofts can enjoy 12 foot ceilings, red brick walls, polished concrete floors, modern cherry kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and a full size washer and dryer in every unit. The courtyard area is a special feature, with its steel beam pergola system, bocce ball court, outdoor television, and bike ramp leading to a storage basement.
