West Fork Whiskey Co. is a celebration of America's native spirit from grain to glass. Located in Westfield, Indiana we have a 35,000 sq. ft. facility which houses The Mash House Restaurant, Stave Cocktail Lounge, and 5,000 sq. ft. Event Center. We are dedicated to whiskey education and tastings 5 days a week with private dining and seasonal events. The Mash House Restaurant focuses on Indiana-inspired dishes and offers indoor and outdoor seating. Stave, an intimate cocktail lounge, provides guests with an opportunity to explore whiskey in its simplest and most complex expressions. We also offer guided tastings of our whiskies 5 days a week.Once our whiskey distilling operations are fully operational at the beginning of 2023, distillery tours will begin. The Sazerac House

The Sazerac House, located on Canal and Magazine streets, is a blend of history, interactive exhibits and experiences, special events and the unique culture of New Orleans. Fremont Mischief Distillery provides a unique experience combining the best of Steampunk and speakeasy. Whiskey University is a company that offers classes to teach the public about the history and virtues of bourbon and whiskey.
