Thrasher-Horne Center

Thrasher-Horne Center is a 1,750 seat performing arts venue and 6,200 square foot conference center situated at St. Johns River State College in Orange Park. The $22 million, 84,666 sq. ft. building opened in the Fall of 2004 and has hosted a variety of events since then, such as nationally renowned musicians, Broadway musicals, and other cultural activities. The Center features a Main Stage Theatre, a 220 flexible-seat Studio Theatre, two Visual Arts Galleries, a full Dance Studio, Scene Shop, and modern dressing rooms for artists. The conference center offers 6,200 square feet of rental space divided into six multipurpose rooms, with a main lobby, a catering warming kitchen, and access to the Studio Theatre.

Performance Garage

The Performance Garage is a renowned arts and dance space located in Philadelphia. Formerly a nineteenth century horse stable and automobile garage, this space was renovated in 2002 and has since provided affordable rental spaces for dance rehearsals, theatrical productions, workshops, auditions, and private events. The Garage features two first-floor studio spaces, designed with high ceilings, large windows, and solid mahogany carriage-house doors to create a unique atmosphere. As a home to choreographers, dancers, and educators at all levels, the Performance Garage provides an invaluable resource to the local performing arts community. Touhill Performing Arts Center

The Vortex

The Vortex is a creative performance art space, theatre and café that offers a range of services and experiences. It has a full bar, outdoor beer garden and yard, serving beer and wine as well as snacks. Patrizis's food truck is also located in the yard, offering delicious Italian cuisine. Coffee and free wifi are available too. The venue is perfect for all ages, making it both pet and kid friendly. There are events and performances held here and teams can hold meetings in the liberal and casual environment. Happy Hour Drink Specials are available from 5-7pm each day and all day Tuesday. Tuesday night Trivia is also a popular event, running from 7-9pm. At the Butterfly Bar at the Vortex, visitors can enjoy live music acts most nights. The Vortex is also open for rentals and events. The Cedar Cultural Center

The Cedar Cultural Center, referred to as The Cedar, is a non-profit performing arts organization and all-ages music venue that presents local, national, and global music. Its mission is to promote intercultural understanding through music and dance performances. The Cedar is located in the diverse Cedar Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has become well-known for its variety of musical genres, such as roots, folk, indie, experimental, bluegrass, Americana, blues, and more. The Cedar is dedicated to upholding artistic excellence and integrity, diversity of programming, helping emerging artists, and engaging with the community. It is the only venue of its kind in the Midwest, and hosts around 200 events each year, such as live music concerts, educational programs, workshops, films, dances, comedy, spoken word, and more. Established in 1989, The Cedar operates in a building that was constructed as a movie theater in 1948. Furthermore, it has programs like the Cedar Commissions, a local artist commissioning series; the Global Roots Festival, an annual free world music festival; and Midnimo, a program that presents Somali artists in month-long residencies all over Minnesota.

The Herberger Theater Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support and foster the growth of performing arts in Phoenix as the premier performance venue, arts incubator and advocate. The Herberger Theater Center was conceived as a pivotal piece in the redevelopment and revitalization of downtown Phoenix. Built in 1989 to support and foster the growth of performing arts in Phoenix as a performance venue and arts incubator, the Herberger Theater Center has contributed to the cultural and educational development of the Valley. Each year, approximately 175,000 patrons, including 30,000 school-aged children share the unique experience of live performing arts.
