Destiny Hill Farm

Destiny Hill Farm is a 137-acre property located near Washington, Pennsylvania, close to the I-70 and I-79 exits. It is owned by local couple Jim and Nancy Cameron, who purchased the farm in 2004 from Nancy's family. Since 1941, the farm has been in Nancy's family and was originally used for dairy cattle. Now, the Camerons have five horses, two dogs, and three cats living on the farm. In spring 2011, Destiny Hill Farm will be transformed into a lavender farm and event center. It will be available to host weddings, outdoor parties, and corporate events. Visitors of this unique location can expect a stunning view of historic Washington, and will be able to enjoy the beauty of the region.

Friendswood Mediation & Conference Center

Friendswood Mediation & Conference Center (FMCC) is a Texas Hill Country-style facility located in Friendswood, between Houston and Galveston. We provide 6 conference rooms available for rent by the half or full day for mediations, as well as for hosting other events such as small parties, business meetings, dinners, training classes and even small weddings. Our in-house Event Coordinator is available to help with planning and scheduling while after-hours and weekend hours are available for facility room rentals. East Bay Regional Park District Rental Facilities

We offer four rental facilities, located in different parks within the East Bay Regional Park District, for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, business meetings, retreats, and memorials. Our flexible reservation options range from fully catered events to completely DIY (do-it-yourself) depending on the facility and time block chosen. Tables and chairs are included. The Brazilian Room at Tilden Regional Park can accommodate up to 150 people for a seated reception indoors or up to 225 standing guests and features an outdoor patio for ceremonies and/or appetizer hour with views of the surrounding hills. The Temescal Beach House at Lake Temescal is suitable for up to 80 for a seated reception indoors (56 in the Fireside Room and 24 in the connecting Lakeview Meeting Room) or up to 130 standing guests. This facility includes an outdoor patio surrounded by a vertical garden and views of Lake Temescal from inside. Fern Cottage in Kennedy Grove offers space for up to 60 people for a seated reception indoors or up to 130 standing and has a private backyard with a covered back deck overlooking a landscaped lawn and garden. Shoreline Center at the MLK Jr. Regional Shoreline is suitable for up to 60 seated guests indoors or up to 125 standing and features a deck with views of the San Leandro Bay and East Bay hills.
