This 3,000 square foot space underwent a complete restoration in 2014, resulting in modern amenities such as a built-in kitchen with a tiered concrete bar, a saltwater aquarium wall, and a full-length deck. The western facing windows fill the space with natural light and charm, while the vaulted wooden barrel ceiling, stone fireplace, and rustic floors with yellow pallet marks add an authentic touch. Hand-poured concrete trough sinks and reclaimed sliding stable doors give the space a modern farm feel.
