Based In

Based In is a creative hub for entrepreneurs, conveniently located on the edge of Little Italy and Chinatown in New York City. Just a short walk away are Tribeca, SoHo, Bowery and the Lower East Side. There is also a Citi Bike station directly outside the building, as well as easy access to the B, D, 6, J, Z, R, N, and Q subway lines. Our newly designed space is furnished with natural light, exposed brick walls, and silver tin ceiling. Each workspace is equipped with a desk, storage, and shelving, and is accessible around the clock. In addition, the office boasts private meeting rooms, a lounge area, phone booths, a kitchen, bathrooms, and coffee and tea. At Based In, we strive to create an environment of collaboration and inspiration for creative minds to thrive.

Artthaus Studios

Creative Offices and Artists Studios at the Heart of Oakland!  Artthaus Studios is the intersection of creative office, artist studios, and a makers facility, all brought together under one roof. Aimed at creating a diverse community of creative professionals it offers over 100 office, studio and other spaces catered to the needs of artists, entrepreneurs and small creative businesses ranging from design, film, web, publishing, photography, commercial kitchens and beyond.  We offer a unique mix of creative spaces ranging from 300 - 5,000+/- sq. ft.  A studio escape, a retail hub, a collaborative office... our spaces are a palette for you to make your own.

Center for Arts at the Armory

The Center for Arts at the Armory is a cultural center located in Somerville, MA, dedicated to offering a wide range of artistic experiences to the community. Through their programming, they strive to bridge cultural, class and generational divides by offering visual art, dance, theater and musical performances, as well as art education classes for adults and afterschool programs for children and youth. Studio 23

Studio 23 acts as a studio and workshop during the day for artists and owners, Jessica and Wesley E. Warren.  The Studio is open to the public by appointment and for special events and often spotlights work by local bay area artists, film directors, performers, musicians and more. "Ideally, we want Studio 23 to provide a place for artists to conspire and inspire each other, as well as finding innovative ways to give back to the community. We offer workshops as well as creative events designed to nurture and promote local talent." Jessica & Wesley Warren Artist and Founder of Alameda Artist Group and Studio 23. The gallery's mission is to support local artists; those that are already established and emerging artists new on the scene.  The gallery will focus on unique, contemporary, experimental, and modern visual art as well as classic techniques with a fresh perspective. 2nd Friday Art Walks have turned virtual during the pandemic.  Local artist Victor Mavedzenge host's art talks on 2nd Friday of every month at 7:30PM.
