Our studio spaces range from 75 to 250 square feet, and come with keyless entry, 24/7 access, and Wi-Fi.We want to ensure that our members have everything they need to be productive, so we offer free Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and common areas for collaboration or taking a break. A quiet, shared workspace for writers and other solo creatives serious about getting the work done. theOFFICE is one of the country's premiere coworking spaces, since 2004, and is catered to folks looking for a peaceful, distraction-free, ergonomic environment. No private offices. No conference rooms. Just you, the keyboard, and a room of like-minded creatives focused on getting the words on the page. We offer a FREE DAY to all newcomers. Because of our smaller space we do fill up, so please call or email before heading over, on the day, to confirm availability. We also offer a discounted MONTH TRIAL for $169. (Or $269 if you want 24/7 access.) Members are on monthly billing plans based on the level of access needed. theOFFICE is full of acclaimed screenwriters, journalists, creatives, students and more. NIMBY

NIMBY is a creative environment that provides private and shared workspaces at an affordable rate for hobbyists, makers, and tinkerers. Our mission is to bring together an eclectic community of industrious people to share ideas and explore their creativity. We provide off-street parking, 120v electrical service with welding plugs, WIFI, 24-hour access to private studios, bathrooms, kitchenette, and studio sink in a secure building, and access to a shared flammable gas containment area. We also offer group rates for businesses, groups, or organizations that need a morale shop for team building, parade floats, or other special projects not suited to their business space. With our services and amenities, NIMBY offers an inviting atmosphere for all members to work on their projects, socialize, and develop relationships with others.

We are Alameda's first Co-working space! During your work week we create a peaceful, productive shared workspace with all of the best amenities! Business grade wifi, complimentary coffee and espresso, meeting rooms, soundproof phone booths and more! Private desks and shared space available monthly or by the day. We are also home to Artists' studios and plenty of creative space. Inquire about our rates! On the weekends we gather and celebrate all of life's best moments. From a product launch to a baby shower to a community fundraiser. Weekends we convert our beautiful space into an event venue available to rent.
