Briarwick Apartments offers 1 and 2 bedroom private homes with individual mailboxes and entrances. Enjoy the fresh air from your own balcony or patio. All apartments come equipped with heat and water included in the rent (except for the 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plan). There is a wall-unit air conditioner, kitchen appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, and garbage disposal, as well as large closets and plenty of windows for natural ventilation. We also provide a storage room for seasonal items, and coin-operated laundry facilities in the basement for those who don't have an in-apartment washer and dryer.We are a pet friendly community that allows up to two pets maximum. Two cats must be declawed and neutered or spayed, or one cat and one dog no heavier than 30 pounds and 14 inches tall at the front shoulder. Animals must also be at least one year old. A monthly pet fee of $20 per month and a $250 pet deposit apply.
