Clinton Mercantile

Clinton Mercantile is a centrally located event venue located next to the Hudson River, close to midtown Manhattan, Hudson Yards and the Javits Center. It offers two distinct spaces - a ground floor and a second floor - each with its own unique characteristics. Both floors are equipped with two separate lobbies allowing for a one or two level event. At Clinton Mercantile, clients are able to enjoy a polished industrial venue with a team of experienced staff to ensure that all events run smoothly. The Cedar Room

The Cedar Room at Mercantile and Mash is a private event venue located in the historic Cigar Factory. This 8,000 square foot space features rustic brick walls, hardwood floors, original wood columns, and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge. It can accommodate parties and celebrations of up to 500 guests and offers a bridal suite, built-in bar, and a courtyard with additional event space. Onsite parking for guests is available after 5:00 pm. The Cedar Room provides a unique venue for special occasions such as intimate cocktail receptions, seated dinners, and other celebrations. Ludlow Studios

Ludlow Studios is a stunning 2,300 square foot space located on 40 Ludlow Street between Hester and Grand in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. It has been voted as one of the top event and photo studios in the city. To meet the expectations of professional photographers, stylists, event planners, makeup artists and videographers, the studio was custom crafted with the latest technology. The studio features 1,800 square feet of event and shooting space, with 500 square feet allocated for hair, makeup and wardrobe. It comes equipped with its own dedicated electric panel to prevent circuit breakers from tripping. The bathrooms have been built with handmade tiles imported from Israel and Turkey, as well as a luxury rain shower with linens from Zanzibar. The accoutrements used in the space were sourced from antique houses in the Hudson Valley. Combining the best of both beauty and tech, Ludlow Studios offers an HD projector and ultra-fast internet speeds. It is a perfect place for creation and celebration.

Greenpoint Loft

The Greenpoint Loft is a unique multipurpose space and event hall located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This was originally an old warehouse built before World War II, and has been restored to its original raw appearance including exposed beams, wooden floors and open window skylights. From the entrance, you will be able to take in the stunning views of the Manhattan skyline across the Hudson River. The 5,000 square feet open floor provides for a great deal of flexibility to design your event.
