The Warehouse
The Warehouse is a shared workspace and coworking community located in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans. We offer private offices, permanent desks and flexible coworking memberships to suit any needs. Our mission is to provide a comfortable and collaborative environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers and independent professionals to work and grow.
We offer three conference rooms for bookings, accommodating up to 10 or 20 people. Rates are $25/hr for the smaller conference rooms and $50/hr for the larger conference room. Additionally, individual Day Passes are available for purchase through our website for out of town visitors or locals that need a dedicated work space for $25/day.

In 2013, Wisznia | Architecture + Development transformed the originally named Hennan Building, later known as the Latter & Blum Building, into 105 luxurious downtown New Orleans residences, as well as a Merchant Cafe and BETA Workspace. Located within walking distance of the French Quarter, the Central Business District, the Warehouse District, New Orleans City Hall, New Orleans Public Library, the Mercedes Benz Superdome, LSU and Tulane Medical Centers, Poydras and Canal Streets, Louis Armstrong Park, the Lafitte Greenway, I-10 and 610, The Maritime provides an array of amenities to its residents.
