In 2013, Marwood Manufacturing identified a need in the market for responsibly sourced, affordable live edge hardwood slabs and began producing them. Since then, demand for these slabs has grown amongst woodworkers, business owners, and homeowners, who are drawn to their natural beauty and versatility. Live edge hardwood slabs can be used to create both functional art and stylish pieces of furniture which bring a combination of urban, rustic, and classic aesthetics into the home.
