Nestldown
Nestldown Events Venue is a 30 acre site of lush gardens, ponds, small waterfalls, freshly cut lawns and an elegant barn. It also includes an outdoor chapel surrounded by California redwoods, making it an ideal spot for non-profit, business events and weddings. Our venue comes with the necessary table and chair rentals and a Nestldown events team and special events manager who can help coordinate on the day. We also partner with exceptional vendors to ensure the smooth running of each event. In addition, we only host one event per day, allowing full access to the train, bocce ball court, fantasy garden, cottage and other hidden enchanting features. To improve the experience for our guests, we recently completed a year and a half of enhancements. These include a brand new catering kitchen, upgraded entrance to the back of the barn and a beautiful building featuring luxury bathrooms. Furthermore, our property complies with ADA standards for accessibility so that all guests can enjoy the venue. If our golf-cart does not provide sufficient transportation, we will find alternatives to ensure that everyone has full access. Nestldown offers stunning views, rustic elegance, and unique amenities which come together to create a memorable environment for your guests. Visits to the property are by appointment only or as an invited guest to an event. Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes as it is an outdoor garden landscape in the mountains.

Tower Beach Club
Tower Beach Club is a stunning 4,300 square foot indoor and outdoor event venue, which opened in 2019 and was recently remodeled with an attention to detail. It offers incredible views of Mission Bay beachfront, La Jolla to the north, and Sail Bay to the east, as the sun sets to the west. The open-air bar and large beachfront patio make it feel like a luxurious beach club without the hefty price tag. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and catering to keep costs down. Seating for 120 guests is included in the rental, along with 8 high top cocktail tables. Tower Beach Club is suitable for events of all sizes, ranging from small corporate meetings for 30-50 people up to larger weddings and parties for 200 people. With the 10,000 square foot beachfront lawn and the beach itself, it can even accommodate picnics for up to 1,000 people. Mezzanine Private Event Venue
Mezzanine Private Event Venue is a historic two-story warehouse located in San Francisco. It offers a versatile space for different sizes of events, ranging from small gatherings to large scale productions, including product launches, corporate receptions, dinners, photography/video shoots, fashion shows, art shows, film screenings and dance parties. The venue has expansive walls, high ceilings and skylights, with capacities varying from 75 to 1,000. The venue provides a full-service professional event team with a variety of services including catering, audio, lighting, entertainment booking, management and custom décor. It also has an adjacent outdoor space called Mint Plaza, which can be used for tent and open-air events.
