Our selection includes dance floors, Chiavari chairs, tables, linens, bars, tents, and lighting as well as glamorous and stylish props. Owner and Director of Operations, Luis "Tito" Luna, has over two decades of experience in the special events industry. With the help of our dedicated and professional team, we make sure each social or corporate event is one-of-a-kind.

The Gardens At Heather Farm

The Gardens at Heather Farm is a public garden, education center and special event venue located in Walnut Creek, California. With six acres of diverse landscapes, it offers a beautiful and inspiring atmosphere for the community to enjoy. The property is open daily from sunrise to sunset unless closed for a private event. Photography sessions or other group use requires prior reservations and payment of permit fees. The Garden features a Rose Garden, Children's Garden, Sensory Garden, and a Community Garden, providing a tranquil and natural environment for visitors to explore. The education program provides enriching natural and environmental science classes to over 27,000 local school children in Contra Costa County. Students learn about geology, pollination, plant anatomy, water conservation, composting, wildlife and more. The Gardens is also a great choice for weddings, meetings, memorials and parties. With a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, guests can experience a truly unforgettable event surrounded by the beauty of nature. The Gardens at Heather Farm is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and is supported by donations, memberships, class registrations, rental fees, and other programs. Access to the garden is free.
