The Gardens At Heather Farm
The Gardens at Heather Farm is a public garden, education center and special event venue located in Walnut Creek, California. With six acres of diverse landscapes, it offers a beautiful and inspiring atmosphere for the community to enjoy. The property is open daily from sunrise to sunset unless closed for a private event. Photography sessions or other group use requires prior reservations and payment of permit fees. The Garden features a Rose Garden, Children's Garden, Sensory Garden, and a Community Garden, providing a tranquil and natural environment for visitors to explore. The education program provides enriching natural and environmental science classes to over 27,000 local school children in Contra Costa County. Students learn about geology, pollination, plant anatomy, water conservation, composting, wildlife and more. The Gardens is also a great choice for weddings, meetings, memorials and parties. With a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, guests can experience a truly unforgettable event surrounded by the beauty of nature.
