At Factory Place Arts Complex Lofts, we offer a unique live/work experience for our tenants. Our location in 1330 and 1308 Factory Place offers on-site parking with each unit receiving at least one parking pass in the secure gated lot. Our courtyard boasts many amenities such as a BBQ, Fire Pit, and Ping Pong table. During half the year, tenants can enjoy the heated pool, and there are also two restaurants and a public indoor rock climbing facility on-site as well as a coffee house and bike store. Our team is committed to providing an exceptional experience for our tenants. Our private fitness center, courtyard, and other amenities provide a comfortable atmosphere and create a sense of community. My Gym

At My Gym, we specialize in age-appropriate fitness classes for kids 6 weeks to 13 years old. Our parent participation classes include activities such as songs, dances, gymnastics, swings, rides, games, and puppets. For those aged 31/4 to 13, we offer independent classes with relays, gymnastics, sports, tumbling, and games. With our state-of-the-art facility, there is no shortage of activities - from the gym equipment to the monkey bars, slides, ball pits, and rock climbing wall. Our student to teacher ratio is industry-leading, ensuring at least two teachers present in every class.
