Claret Hall
Claret Hall is a great venue for all sorts of events and meetings, conveniently located in Clarksville, MD, near Columbia and with easy access from routes 32, 108 and I-95. The Banquet Room holds up to 95 people when seated for dining and allows access to a full kitchen and patio. If you're hosting a more casual event that requires some standing and sitting, the maximum capacity doubles to 130. Tables and chairs will be ready to go based on your floor plan in advance of your arrival. The Meeting Room, a separate building nearby, provides a self-serve casual atmosphere ideal for kid's parties or classes at an affordable rate. You can arrange the tables and chairs however you like, or hire our staff to do it for an additional fee. The Meeting Room also has a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink. Instructors can take advantage of special rates for hosting classes or seminars at Claret Hall. You can choose your own caterer or bring your own food.

The Carole Hoefener Center, located in vibrant First Ward in Uptown Charlotte, is an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, and parties. Our 3000sqft multipurpose room can accommodate small gatherings of 25 up to 300 people. Whether you need a place for a business seminar, bridal shower, or job fair, we are the perfect setting. Furthermore, our office suites offer meeting rooms, copy rooms, WIFI, and nightly janitorial services. In addition to our rooms, our center also has a 600 spectator gymnasium and fitness rooms. These areas can be used for personal trainers, large sporting events, or expos. The Carole Hoefener Center promises a unique and enjoyable experience for all guests.
