Bruno Schwarz, an adventurer from Germany, moved to California and was captivated by the ocean. He then traveled to Hawaii with his family and experienced first-hand the joys of sailing on a catamaran, which inspired him to create his own business back home in San Diego. In 2001, Bruno and his wife Cindy bought the Aolani Catamaran and launched it for charter in 2003. Along with them are their daughter, Lindsay, who manages the Marketing and Sales side of the business, as well as being a part of the crew. The boat is usually steered by Captain Stephen Mann.
Aolani Catamaran Sailing offers a unique and memorable experience of a lifetime. The boat can accommodate up to 22 passengers and tour the San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, Coronado Islands, La Jolla Caves, and more. Guests can enjoy the sights of the harbor and the Pacific Coast as they sail on the boat.
