At List For Less Realty, we offer three different listing programs to help save our sellers money at closing without compromising on the quality of service. Our Gold Plan includes a 1% Listing Agent Commission and 3% Buyers Agent Commission, for a total of 4% of the sales price paid at closing. Our Silver Plan includes a 1% Listing Agent Commission and 2.5% Buyers Agent Commission, for a total of 3.5% of the sales price paid at closing, with an upfront fee of $350 paid at the time of listing. Our Flat Fee Listing Plan has a fee of $950.00 paid at the time of listing and a buyers' agent commission of 2.5% of the sales price paid at closing.
