Lockout Music Studios

Lockout Music Studios is a rehearsal space designed to meet the needs of all musicians. Our building includes key-coded entry and 24-hour video surveillance, giving you peace of mind that your belongings are secure. On top of that, each room has its own air conditioning unit for optimal comfort. Navigating the facility is a breeze. There are elevators on every floor for easy loading and unloading of gear, as well as convenient parking and a load-in area. The building also provides plenty of natural light and fresh air through the windows in many rooms.Our studio space comes in various sizes. From small 60 sq. ft. rooms to large 400 sq. ft. spaces, we have something for everyone. We offer hourly rentals upon request so you can practice on your own schedule. Our prices are affordable, and bands can share a room to cut costs.We provide free Wi-Fi and our in-house manager is available to help. Studio 1418

Are you looking for a quality and elegant studio space to rent in Midtown Manhattan? Studio 1418, on W 38th Street off 8th Avenue, is perfect for seminars, workshops, showrooms, photo and video shoots. The studio offers an array of amenities, including 10 tables and 40 chairs, a private bathroom, three flip charts or white boards, a mic and speaker system, projector and screen, and sound system. Additionally, the studio features a small kitchen area with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and filtered water cooler. Rentals can be made on an hourly basis, starting at $75/hr during business hours, and $125/hr after business hours during the evening. Monthly studio share commitments are also available. 3D virtual tours can be provided upon request. The studio is large enough to accommodate up to 40 people seminars (10-20 when implementing social distancing), and is disinfected after each rental. Photo equipment rentals and photo services are also available. Studio 1418 is conveniently located between Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and is within walking distance of both. It is also just a few blocks from Times Square. The studio offers great northern and western exposure with mostly indirect light, and wonderful views. Discounts are available for full day and multi-day rentals.

Daylight Creative Space

Daylight Creative Space is the perfect place for your next shoot or event. Our studio, boasting over 1000 square feet of space, is filled with beautiful furnishings and hand-painted backdrops for maximum flexibility. With large windows flooding the room with natural light all day, you won’t be disappointed with the results! Our studio rental includes a variety of different props and furnishings, including two loveseats and a modern grey full-size sofa, a large white 6-10 person table and chairs, plants, luxury leather slingback chair, lamps, rugs, and one-of-a-kind chairs and stools. We also have additional furniture available upon request, such as kids chairs, bean bags, fabrics, blankets, and large black conference tables that seat 6-10. In addition to all of this, Daylight Creative Space also provides a range of equipment for use. We offer two freestanding backdrop stands, two heavy c-stands, multi-colored painted panels, two large v-flats (white), pony clamps, clothing steamer, sandbags, extension cords, a stepstool, handheld steamer, garment rack, paper backdrop rolls, custom painted canvas backdrops, airbed and bed linens, rolling cart, light kit and pocket wizards.
