Daylight Creative Space is the perfect place for your next shoot or event. Our studio, boasting over 1000 square feet of space, is filled with beautiful furnishings and hand-painted backdrops for maximum flexibility. With large windows flooding the room with natural light all day, you won’t be disappointed with the results! Our studio rental includes a variety of different props and furnishings, including two loveseats and a modern grey full-size sofa, a large white 6-10 person table and chairs, plants, luxury leather slingback chair, lamps, rugs, and one-of-a-kind chairs and stools. We also have additional furniture available upon request, such as kids chairs, bean bags, fabrics, blankets, and large black conference tables that seat 6-10. In addition to all of this, Daylight Creative Space also provides a range of equipment for use. We offer two freestanding backdrop stands, two heavy c-stands, multi-colored painted panels, two large v-flats (white), pony clamps, clothing steamer, sandbags, extension cords, a stepstool, handheld steamer, garment rack, paper backdrop rolls, custom painted canvas backdrops, airbed and bed linens, rolling cart, light kit and pocket wizards. Separate rooms are set up for clients, hair and makeup, while the space also includes wardrobe racks, an iron and ironing board, steamer, espresso machine, WiFi, stereo, ping pong table, printer and scanner, and folding tables and chairs. In addition, there's a 40,000 sq. ft. furniture and prop rental facility onsite. The premises are easily accessible by way of private loading dock with motorized conveyor belt or optional freight elevator, and plenty of parking is available. Grain Photo Studio

Grain Photo Studio is located in North County San Diego and offers a professional photography studio to rent for only $35 an hour. Our rental space provides an ideal location to shoot products or create visions, with a large overhead clearance and natural light from a skylight. Included in each rental is a 18ft long X 11' high cycwall, 24hr access, private use, restroom, drive-up unloading, ample parking, 4x B800 & 1X B1600 Flash strobes by Alien Bees, assorted light modifiers, wireless triggers, light stands, rolling steel stand with mini boom, miscellaneous grip equipment and weight bags, backdrop stands and poles, and a beauty station.
