Émigré Studios is a creative complex located in Hackney, East London. It provides a space for art and social good works to happen. This includes a street of renovated Victorian industrial arches, a new green building and a collective design space, café, gallery and weekend market. Events such as pop-up studios are also held around the world. The Emigre community consists of members from many fields, including media, music, design, fashion, art, film, architecture and organisations working with the environment, kids and the local community. The studios offer an inspiring yet affordable space for creativity to take place, promoting a positive and productive atmosphere.

Trestle Art Space

Trestle Art Space is a non-profit arts organization based in Brooklyn, New York, providing affordable studio space for contemporary artists. Located in Sunset Park and Greenwood neighborhoods, TAS offers 24/7 access to open studios, semi-private and private studios. Along with studio rental, TAS also supports Trestle Gallery, an exhibition space which hosts 8-10 exhibitions annually, along with critiques and technique-focused art classes. Professional development opportunities such as the Trestle Residency/Critical Feedback and Visiting Artist Residency are also available for artists. Dance Exchange

Dance Exchange in Takoma Park, MD offers easily accessible, affordable studio space for rent on a daily basis and runs weekly dance classes suitable for all ages. Our three well-lit studios have marley floors and stereo equipment, making them perfect for dance, yoga, music, meditation, martial arts, or any other creative movement classes, rehearsals, workshops, meetings, team building activities, and community events. Located just two and a half blocks from the Takoma Metro station on the Red Line and conveniently served by multiple MetroBus and RideOn bus lines, Dance Exchange also provides its own parking lot for renters and class attendees as well as ample street parking nearby. The public is welcome to drop in to our regular classes which run weekly from September to June.
