Tenants are provided with 24/7 keyless entry access, two shared conference meeting spaces, two shared restrooms, a shared full kitchen on the main level and a shared kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave on the upper level. An on-site property manager is available for assistance and free parking is provided for tenants and guests. There are plans to add a 30-75 person meeting/event/venue space on the lower level. With their own installation teams, Faithful Countertops is able to ensure control of each project from beginning to end. Services provided by the company include countertop installation and repair, custom countertops in granite, marble, natural stone, quartz, solid surface, porcelain, Dekton, and Sapienstone, as well as wall cladding, fireplaces, Jacuzzi surrounds, shower thresholds, and window sills.
