Assemble Shared Office

Assemble Shared Office, a provider of co-working office spaces, has opened its fourth location in Wicker Park. This is the company's third such site in Chicago and will offer 18,000 square feet of office space across two floors and 8,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. The goal of this $4 million renovation is to provide an excellent working environment for Assemble members. NORR Architects were commissioned to design the new space and Synergy Construction was responsible for the general contracting. With this new location, Assemble aims to provide their members with comfortable and collaborative workspaces that inspire productivity. Venue 3131 is a multi-functional venue located in Hueytown. We have worked hard to restore the beauty of the Courtyard, update the Chapel, modernize the Studio, and maximize the space in the Weatherford House & Gallery. We want to contribute to the vibrancy of the area by presenting our co-working office, studio, art gallery, and special event spaces. We are delighted to have collaborated with the previous owner, Wanice Weatherford. She and her husband John devoted many years of effort and enthusiasm to constructing this venue and serving the Greater Hueytown region.
