- Michael began his career as a civil litigator in 1998 for the national law firm of Husch & Eppenberger LLC (now Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP) in St. Louis, Missouri, where he gained lead-counsel trial experience and mentoring from prominent litigators. He later served as an Assistant City Attorney in Rapid City, South Dakota -- where he ran the employment law division and prosecuted municipal violations -- gaining extensive courtroom experience. From there, Michael joined the nationally recognized employment law firm of Connelly Sheehan Harris LLP in Chicago, Illinois, where he worked with some of the nation's leading employment law litigators. In 2008, Michael joined Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and represented Fortune 500 companies in all areas of employment litigation. In April of 2010, Michael founded his own firm, armed with the experience and expertise gained through practicing with some the best and brightest legal minds.
