My Gym
My Gym provides physical learning programs for children from 6 months old. Our activities are designed to build confidence, self-esteem and physical development. Programs include songs, games, relays, tumbling, sports skill training, gymnastics, Karate and Dance classes. Our Martial Arts classes are fun and fitness-focused, with kicking, punching, blocking, stretching and running. Our Dance Program is available for ages 3 and up. Birthday parties are also available on weekends, featuring 1.5 hours of games, relays and puppet shows.
